**About Our Client**:

**HR Payroll and Benefits Coordinator - Key Responsbilities**:Payrolls**
- Ensure all changes that impact pay of staff and Partners are recorded accurately for the relevant month across the 6 payrolls.
- Liaise frequently within each month with the UK and European providers to control the monthly payroll processing within the required deadlines;
- Check for any errors on each payroll and notify the relevant providers to ensure these are corrected promptly and accurately. Ensure annual salary review and annual performance bonus pay information is added to the relevant payroll month.
- Ensure accurate quarterly and year end payroll actions are completed on time by the 6 providers
- Produce relevant reports for Finance department each month;
- Produce relevant letters for colleagues (e.g. maternity pay schedule, or sick pay level changes);
- Maintain complete and accurate records for all 6 payrolls in the secure digital folders;
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and in line with Regional Data Protection Laws;
- Ensure payroll processes are updated to reflect evolving practices and system upgrades or improvements;
- Regularly review work approach ensuring payroll is being prossessed in the most efficient and effective way.

**Benefits Coordination**
- Enrol staff and Shareholders onto the relevant pension scheme
- Enrol staff and Shareholders onto the range of company benefits, which vary by country;
- Update Cascade employee files with individuals' pension and benefits information as these change;
- Manage benefits schedules for renewals and liaise with external Brokers on renewals and changes as needed;
- Ensure benefit invoice details are accurate and changes (e.g. leavers or joiners) have been processed correctly before passing to Accounts for payment;
- Maintain the benefits pages on the Intranet with current information.
**The Successful Applicant**:
**HR Payroll and Benefits Coordinator - Experience Required**:
- A minimum of 1 year HR payroll administration experience (providing data to external payroll providers and checking their reports)
- Experience of benefits administration is ideal, if not must have an interest in learning this;
- Previous working knowledge and experience of Cascade payroll/HR system is ideal but not essential;
- Experience of Dutch, German, French or Swiss payrolls would be helpful, but training will be provide
