**HR / Payroll Advisor - Leeds - up to £40,000**
We're working with a fantastic solicitors based in Leeds who're looking for a HR Advisor with payroll experience to join their team
As a valuable member of the HR team, the HR advisor plays a crucial role in offering direct support to managers, partners, and the broader organization. The successful execution of this role is pivotal to the organization's overall efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling diverse HR queries across the organization
- Drafting correspondence
- Reviewing and updating precedent documents
- Utilizing HR information systems for data access, input, and compilation
- Assisting the HR Manager in evaluating and enhancing HR information systems, including building and testing workflows
- Payroll administration for 200 - 230 employees.
- Providing support for colleague payroll and benefits administration
- Managing colleague relationships, addressing queries or issues, and managing expectations
- Collaborating with the HR Manager in monitoring, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with current legislation
**Key skills**:
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Essential experience in administering payroll and benefits
- Ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues across the firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in a professional environment
- Taking responsibility and being accountable for work performed
