Jo Holdsworth Recruiting are currently working with a well-known retailer on an exciting HR Coordinator position. This role is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR experience OR someone who has recently completed a CIPD qualification and is looking to start a role within HR.

**The role is very varied and fast paced, some of the responsibilities include**:

- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Setting up and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- Access the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
- Monitor various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- Ensure the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
- Manage the company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process

**Experience required**:

- Preferably up to two years’ experience in a People/Human Resources position
- Full Driving License
- A degree (preferably in a People discipline)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlooks
