**Job Summary**

An opportunity has arisen in our Inverness office for a junior administrative assistant to join our team. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the job.

**Role Responsibilities**

Working under the direction of senior staff to provide general clerical and administration support including:

- Welcoming visitors to our office
- Answering telephone calls
- Typing letters, fees and preparing documents to go out to clients
- Liaising with clients and booking appointments.
- Updating the office diary.
- Mail duties on a daily basis.
- Filing, faxing and photocopying.
- Additional ad hoc administrative tasks in support of the Management Team.

**Person Specification**:

- Confident and well presented with a polite and professional manner.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Good IT skills including MS Office.
- Be confident as working both as part of a team and on their own initiative.

This position would suit a school leaver.

**Remuneration**
- Salary is competitive and dependent on level of experience/qualifications.
- We also offer a non-contributory company pension

**This role is a full-time position and based in our Inverness office.**
