OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This post is maternity cover. It is a part time, temporary contact with the possibility of becoming permanent.

10-15 hours per week. Flexibility over when hours are worked.

Pay - Exceeds living wage, dependant on experience.

**Job role**
- To provide the administration service for a small but busy electrical contractor based in Inverness.

**Duties will include**
- Processing and sending out invoices.
- Booking appointments for clients and colleagues as needed.
- Data entry on Sage accounting software.
- General administrative duties within the office including organising paperwork, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, filing, office tidiness.

**Person specification**
- Professional and confident communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage your own time and workload and prioritise as needed.
- Previous admin experience required although training will be given.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
