Our client is searching for an organised and conscientious Administration Assistant to provide maternity cover in the local Inverness office. This a 12-month fixed contract salaried at £18,500 with an immediate start.
About the role
You will be providing general administrative and reception-based duties to support an established and respected legal firm and their clients. Responsibilities will include audio typing, diary management, and general electronic and paper document managementalongside invoicing and compliance.
About you
You will be a friendly and professional individual, able to appreciate the sensitivity of the clients' enquiries and an effective communicator via telephone. You are able to use Microsoft Word and Outlook with ease, and able to operate on your own initiativeand manage a workload alone as well as part of a team.
This is a full-time role working 09:00 - 17:00. Full training will be provided by the business, alongside 26 days annual leave.
