Global Highland are working with a respected Inverness based client who are seeking a highly organised Administration Assistant to join their busy team to cover Maternity for approximately 1 year.

**The Role**
- Audio Typing
- Diary Management
- Electronic & Paper Filing
- Covering other duties as required including but not limited to Reception cover
- Managing & Directing Queries
- General case administration including opening/closing files, document management, invoicing and compliance

**The Person**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and have the ability to use their initiative and manage a workload
- Works well alone and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Understands the importance of handling enquiries sensitively
- Polite telephone manner
