We are looking for office coordinators to support the growth in our West Bromwich branch.

Ensure the care that we deliver to our clients on a day to day bases is reviewed, right for them - person centred and their lives are enhanced. Working to ensure the business is compliant to CQC key lines of enquiry and are evidenced to show continuous improvement, enhancing on the outstanding areas and working to improve the good areas to outstanding.
- General office duties
- Assist with documenting incidents / accidents and near misses
- Assist with reporting on any trends, implementing learnings and change to avoid in the future
- Ensure medications up to date and reviewed and added to our in house systems
- Ensure clients home has up to date information and their care needs
- Keep client dash boards and KPIs up to date
- Complete end of call support visits
- Sign off of any in home competencies i.e. use of a hoist any client specific requirements - specialist medication etc
