Poolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in West Bromwich for an office administrator. This is a full time role working for a small established engineering business. Any practical office skills involving administration, telephone handling and sales processing would be advantageous.

Training will be given on the products/systems/ & working processes. Attitude, flexibility and desire to help will be the winning formula to be successful in this working environment.

One years office administration/ sales administration experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Relay important messages to internal departments.
- Managing the filing system
- Sales administration

**Experience/Requirements.**
- Experienced in Microsoft office and have good computing skills.
- Strong Excel knowledge and previous experience using this system.
- Stock control and purchasing experience.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be prioritise workload accordingly.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
