**Join Our Team as an Administrator in Birmingham (West Bromwich Depot)**

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a leading water dispenser company? We're seeking an Administrator to join our Birmingham depot (West Bromwich) team. This part-time role (Monday to Friday. 5.5 hrs. per day) offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established team in an office-based environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and report directly to the Operations Manager/Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the busy distribution Centre.
- Take orders from clients for additional products and service requests, focusing on customer satisfaction without the need for selling.
- Liaise with customers to organise delivery/collection times and dates, ensuring high service standards are met.
- Handle invoice queries and general account enquiries.
- Complete weekly and monthly tasks with strict deadlines, including preparing reports for head office.
- Prepare various spreadsheets to a high standard for analysis.
- Open new accounts and process clients' first invoices.
- Perform general office duties including filing and printing.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office package.
- Experience in Excel and ability to complete spreadsheets to a high standard.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak business periods (Summer months).
- Team player willing to provide cover for other roles and during holiday periods.
