Job Title: Office Administration Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Office Administration Support Specialist to join our team at AWD online. The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer-focused support to our team, ensuring seamless order processing, effective communication, and efficient record management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online orders accurately, recording customer details and specifications.
  • Serve as primary point of contact via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update records on order processing, customer interactions, and courier communications.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document management, and supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Additional training will be provided for reading PDF mechanical drawings.

Work Details:

  • Location: West Bromwich, Sandwell, West Midlands (B70) - 100% office-based.
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £21 per hour (depending on experience).
