About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our Sandwell Health and Care Partnership team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality business and administrative support to the Chief Integration Officer (CIO) and senior leadership partnership team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming mail, telephone calls, and messages, as well as coordinating executive and senior management meetings. You will also be required to work flexibly to ensure that high-quality business, administration, and Executive Assistant support is provided at all times.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the CIO and senior leadership team
- Managing diaries, email inboxes, and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Producing accurate minutes and action logs
Requirements
- Experience working in a senior management/executive environment
- Extensive PA experience
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including £5000 annual bonus, 25 days annual leave, and a pension scheme.
