Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead our commercial bid team, achieving revenue targets and business growth through high-quality tenders.
This is a key role that requires experience in leading, managing, and motivating a successful bid team, building a results-oriented culture and achieving financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have some project management experience and strong relationship-building skills to work closely with internal stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, health and wellbeing portal, and discounts on mobile phones, gym memberships, cinema tickets, restaurants, holidays, and shopping.
