">We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at ABL Health Ltd. This key role requires robust organisational, communication skills and a positive approach to customer service.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for our service, ensuring the smooth running of the office and the administration of programs to meet targets and deadlines set by funding bodies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of administration duties for the service, including patient and health professional letters, patient database updates, appointment bookings, telephone queries, and liaising with health professionals and colleagues.
- Ability and experience of working to own initiative in an administration role.
- Taking incoming calls, ensuring that calls are transferred to the relevant person/department and that messages are handled efficiently.
- Working within a busy office as part of a team and providing general clerical and administrative support, including word processing and filing routine correspondence.
- Providing professional administration services to clients and identifying specific needs.
- Managing and maintaining confidential patient files on a database and paper.
- Managing and promptly handling incoming healthcare referrals, adhering to company timescales.
- Booking appointments for clients and using appropriate calendar software.
- Recording client data accurately on the appropriate service database.
- Exchanging information using IT systems, including Excel and Word.
- Encouraging and assessing the client's readiness for specific behaviour change.
- Working with service leads to source new venues.
- Weekly monitoring of workload and service targets.
- General administration (record keeping, filing, etc.).
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in an administration role.
- Experience of working in a team environment.
