Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all on-going applications are up to date, including DBS checks, references, ID, and missing information. You will also be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and databases, analyzing and interpreting data, and attending meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all on-going applications are kept up to date, including DBS checks, references, ID, and missing information.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases, analyzing and interpreting data as requested.
  • Attend meetings as needed.
  • Quality assure completed applicant files in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all leavers and any employee changes are logged internally.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure all payments are accurate.
  • Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in administration of ongoing projects.
  • Perform all aspects of administration related to the post, including filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, dealing with internal and external post, answering phones, taking messages, data inputting, auditing, collation of material, diary management, and chasing missing paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an Administration role, with exposure to compliance a bonus.
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • Understanding of the confidentiality of all documents.
  • IT literate, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
