Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a growing organisation, based near Dartford, who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Work in partnership with the Senior Management team and colleagues to deliver strategic and operational goals.
- Provide support and advice to the Management team on all people related issues.
- Participate and facilitate any grievance and disciplinary procedures as requested by the Management team.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns for a range of support roles within the organisation. This includes managing the whole recruitment process from advertising new roles, to initial interview, to offer, to finally on-boarding new recruits.
- Support the Payroll function where necessary.
- Ensure that all HR queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- General administration duties as required by the business.

Qualifications/Requirements for the role:

- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.
- Proven HR generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes from initial advertising of roles to inductions of new recruits.
- Ability to remain professional and impartial.
- Good IT skills, including the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.

Hours:
35 Hour week (Hybrid working will be offered after successful completion of the probationary period.)

**Salary**: £35k to £37k
