**Reed HR** are looking for recruit a HR Officer on a full time, permanent basis

**Hours**: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday / 52 weeks per annum
**Responsible to**: HR Manager
**Salary**: Includes Level 3 CIPD study support offered (if you don’t already have a qualification in place)

**The role**:
The HR Officer will be responsible to the HR Manager providing customer focussed, comprehensive, pragmatic HR advice and support to ensure the smooth running of the HR Service, in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements.

The HR Officer will be required to support the delivery of the HR plan in order to meet strategic objectives.

This role is primarily based in Dartford, but the nature of the work will require travel to any other sites (as required)

The HR Officer is responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic advice to managers and staff, working with the experienced HR team (including closely with an HR Business Partner to support the servicing of particular departments)to ensure the smooth running of the service in line with polices, procedures and legal requirements.

**This could be the role for you if**:
You have current experience of working in an HR role at Administrator / Assistant level or above and are looking for the next step in your career
You are CIPD qualified at Level 3 or above, or are willing to achieve this within 12 months of appointment (with full employer funding)
You have experience of providing end to end recruitment process support, or transferable skills to this effect
You have excellent IT and administration skills and the ability to maintain an HR information system with accuracy
