**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dartford. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of HR operations within the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment processes, on-boarding of new employee's / starters, maintaining employee records, administering employee benefits, and providing general HR support.

**Responsibilities**:
Employee Records Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate and update HR reports and metrics as required.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing induction programs, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.

Employee Benefits and Leave Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.
- Answer employee queries related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.

HR Policies and Compliance:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support employee disciplinary and grievance procedures as necessary.

Employee Relations:

- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including policy clarification, benefits information, and general inquiries.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate HR personnel when required.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR / Recruitment Administrator or similar role.
- Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
