**HR Administrator**

Packaging Source is an emerging Packaging Company with a rapidly expanding client list. We design, manufacture and supply bespoke packaging products, focussing on creating innovative, sustainable and intelligent solutions with iconic brand personalities.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our organisation on an immediate basis. HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for HR matters. The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal documents, communicating closely and independently with key internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with HR Manager to provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
- Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding communication
- Coordinate onboarding and induction schedules
- Organise and maintain employee records
- Update HR Information Systems and internal databases
- Be first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Manage the absence, keep the records update
- Generate reports on HR metrics on request
- Prepare payroll
- Handle all communication with the upmost confidentiality
- Provide support to the recruiter

**Requirements**:

- 3 years previous experience of working within HR and providing support to staff in relation to recruitment, payroll administration and terms and conditions of employment
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high level of confidentiality
- Professional manner and able to deal with people at all levels within the organisation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of Employment Law and compliance requirements (e.g. data protection) as well as best practice
- Fully IT literate
- Ideally CIPD qualified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartford, DA1 4QX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Admin: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD certificate (preferred)
