**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Providing efficient and confident secretarial support to Senior HR Administrator, PA to MD and other departments where required.
- Raising requisitions in SAP system for HR and Comms Team.
- Assisting with new starts system requests, onboarding and offboarding.
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting with conferencing and events.
- Co-ordinating and booking travel for the HR and Comms Team.
- Assisting in all other relevant administrative duties as required
**Applicants to this role require**
- Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work off own initiative.
- SAP experience (preferable but not essential)
