**Service Coordinator**

Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team in Daventry.

**Salary**:£25,350 - £27,300 D.O.E**

**Hours: Full time office based role. 8:30 - 5pm, Monday - Friday**

**Location: Daventry**

The main aspects of the role are:

- Planning technician attendance to various customers within various sectors across the UK
- Ensuring calls are assigned and attended within agreed SLA’s
- Managing the whole life cycle from Call out to invoicing.
- Checking technician calls upon completion to ensure correct call closure and parts ordered
- Management of work in progress to ensure all jobs are completed and inline with Customers KPI’s
- Ensuring regular communication with customers and keeping them updated at all times.
- Problem solving, dealing with escalations where applicable
- Managing the internal database to ensure all customer details are up to date and correct
- Arranging and management of annual and six month service visits
- Liasing with suppliers to chase parts
- Monthly reporting
- Issuing weekly PPM schedules
- Manage customer contracts ensuring they are up to date and reviewed when required.
- Creating and issuing quotations
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and engineers
- Working with the team to improve efficience and identify ways to improve

Persion specification:

- Strong geographical knowledge
- Organised approach to work
- Strong administration skills and able to multi-task effectively
- Have ideally worked with engineers in the past
- Scheduling or call planning experience advantageous
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work on own initiative
- Competent user of Microsoft packages
