  • Manage Relationships with Vehicle Suppliers, Maintenance Providers, and Fuel Suppliers: Build and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and fuel suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare and Analyze Fleet Performance Reports: Prepare and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
  • Track Key Metrics: Track key metrics such as fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Fleet Management Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software to manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with drivers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Valid Driving License: Valid driving license to operate company vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a Related Field: Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in fleet management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Procedures: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Certification in Fleet Management or Logistics: Certification in fleet management or logistics to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
