Customer Support & After Sales Coordinator

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & After Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact for all external communications.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and sending confirmations with precise shipment timelines.
  • Handling credit card transactions through a secure virtual terminal.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our contact management system.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely release of orders for shipment.
  • Communicating any changes in delivery schedules to customers promptly.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues with effective communication until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
  • Generating and following up on quotations to meet customer needs while gathering feedback for competitive analysis.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of technical product information and applications.
  • Managing the delivery and restocking of consignment items as necessary.
  • Sourcing requested products from our vendor network and beyond.
  • Placing purchase orders for special requests and drop shipments.
  • Processing documentation for inventory-related purchase orders.
  • Keeping accurate records of vendor interactions in our ERP system.
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge of technical product details.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and work order systems.
  • Supporting team members with transactions across various departments as needed.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the business.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the technical aspects of our products.
