Role Overview: As a vital member of our team, you will engage directly with our Associate Expert Witnesses, Case Managers, and instructing parties (insurers, solicitors) to facilitate the Reports team in managing and coordinating workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update the incoming work list for Reports.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling and directing phone inquiries from clients (Associates and instructing parties).
  • Input new work into the system each morning to prepare for the Team Leader's allocation to the team.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks among the team to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Respond to emails and manage a diverse range of inquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication of information and accurate updates to all systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation across the team, including logging template change requests, training materials, and rate reference sheets.
