Customer Support & After Sales Coordinator

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support & After Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact for all external inquiries.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely order confirmations with precise shipment details.
  • Handling credit card transactions securely through a virtual terminal.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions within the company database.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure prompt order releases for shipment.
  • Communicating any changes in delivery dates to customers effectively.
  • Resolving customer issues with full transparency and communication until resolution.
  • Creating and following up on quotations to meet customer needs, while gathering feedback for competitive analysis.
  • Gradually building knowledge of technical product details and applications.
  • Managing the delivery and restocking of consignment supplies at customer locations when necessary.
  • Locating requested items from our vendor network and placing special orders as needed.
  • Processing necessary documentation for inventory purchases.
  • Keeping detailed records of vendor interactions within the company ERP system.
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge of technical product information.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and work order systems.
  • Providing support to team members across various departments as needed.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the business.

  • Dependable with strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to the technical aspects of our products.
