Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Onsite with Field Responsibilities Across the UK
Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses

In Technology Group is seeking to enhance its IT Department with a dedicated IT Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and skilled individual, ready to evolve alongside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering remote technical assistance to clients both nationally and internationally
  • Conducting training sessions for customers on various products
  • Utilizing ticketing systems and providing remote desktop support
  • Diagnosing and resolving software-related issues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT-related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office 365
  • Experience in customer training or technical documentation (preferred)
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory)
