Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Authoring Team Lead to join our team at CAD-IT Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects related to diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Technical Authoring: Develop and deliver high-quality technical information for our automotive OEM clients.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects related to diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technical authors and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content.
  • Content Management: Manage and publish technical content into diagnostic software for use by dealers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering stakeholders and technical authors.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex faults and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to manage projects and teams to deliver results.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Diagnostics Authoring Experience: Experience in diagnostics authoring, with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostic software.
  • CAD Experience: Experience with CAD software and tools, with the ability to visualize workshop diagnostic processes in a digital engineering environment.
