Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Authoring Team Lead to join our team at CAD-IT Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects related to diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Technical Authoring: Develop and deliver high-quality technical information for our automotive OEM clients.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects related to diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technical authors and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering stakeholders to gather information and deliver content in an easily understood and unambiguous way.
  • Content Management: Manage and publish content into diagnostic software for intended use by dealers and technicians.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in diagnostic technical authoring, testing, and solution development.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex faults and develop effective solutions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education and Certifications: Degree or relevant experience in a related field, with certifications in Simplified Technical English and/or diagnostics authoring experience.
