Job Title: Training Lead

Join CAD-IT Ltd as a Training Lead to develop and deliver technical information for a well-known automotive OEM.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual with leadership qualities and/or supervisory experience to join our friendly and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret complex engineering information and deliver content in an easily understood and unambiguous way.
  • Manage and publish the content into the diagnostic software for intended use by dealer/technician.
  • Lead and deliver projects for the Electrical Information team.
  • Visualise workshop diagnostic processes in a digital engineering environment.
  • Experience using automotive diagnostic software.
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of hybrid, electric vehicles, and internal combustion engines.
  • Use of CAD and CAD visualisation tools.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • Providing training and mentoring.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Full Driving License.
