Position Overview

Roc Search is actively seeking a Welding and Fabrication Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering technical expertise in welding and fabrication, ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and support in welding and fabrication processes.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF16949, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.
  • Documentation: Design and maintain welding procedures and associated records.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee weld quality across all manufactured products.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on welding procedures and assess the skills of welders.
  • Audit Management: Manage the audit system related to weld quality and perform internal audits.
  • 5S Implementation: Act as a 5S Champion, providing guidance and training to staff members.
  • Support NPI: Assist in new product introduction welding and manufacturing procedures.
Working Hours

The position operates from 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Additionally, we are also looking for skilled MIG Welders and CNC Setters/Operators to join our team.
