Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions within the organization.

Contract Details:
This is an initial contract position with the potential for extension or permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing incoming communications and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Sorting and distributing mail to the relevant departments.

Qualifications:
