Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Business Unit General Manager and the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the administration functions within the Business Unit, including coordination, communication, and record-keeping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Business Unit General Manager and the team
  • Coordinating and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

Technical skills and experience required include:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
