Mechanical Business Unit Administrator

Actemium Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Administrator to join our rapidly growing Mechanical Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the administration functions within the Business Unit, providing support to the Business Unit General Manager and the team to ensure the effective running of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Administration function within the Business Unit, providing an excellent and consistent administrative service to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Internal Control Manual and procedures, and provide support in ensuring that the rules, principles, and internal control requirements of the Group are met.
- Liaise with the Business Unit Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely recording of data and transactions.
- Perform administrative and office duties to aid the smooth running of the Business Unit, including maintenance of Health & Safety records, stock checks, and other ad-hoc administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team.
