About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Physiotherapy Team as an Administrative Support Officer, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Outpatient Physiotherapy Service at Danetre Hospital in Daventry.

">

As the first point of contact for patients, carers, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for responding to queries, managing data entry, and maintaining high-quality caseload management using various systems. Your excellent communication skills and IT knowledge will enable you to work effectively with our team and other departments within the Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of System One and other NHS systems, or be willing to learn, and possess general IT and Microsoft Office experience. Previous administrative experience is desirable, but not essential.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
