Position: Customer Support and Sales Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and maintaining the integrity of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including the issuance of order confirmations with precise delivery timelines.
2. Handle credit card transactions through a secure virtual terminal.
3. Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and pertinent information within our customer relationship management system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
4. Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase orders for special requests and drop shipments.
5. Process documentation for inventory purchase orders generated by our system.
6. Keep accurate records of vendor communications and relevant details within our enterprise resource planning system (Microsoft Navision).
7. Be well-versed in our work order system and standard office protocols.
8. Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for all external communications.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role is essential.
