About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Daventry. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly first point of contact to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- After Sales Support: Offer support to customers after the sale, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase and addressing any concerns they may have.
