About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
  • Teamwork: Work together with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, and support each other to achieve sales targets.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a high level of store standards, including keeping shelves stocked, ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of Co-op products and services, and support customers with their queries.
  • Community Engagement: Get involved in local community activities and events, and support the store's community engagement initiatives.
