Hourly Rate: £13.00
Weekly Hours: 40 (4 x 10-hour shifts including weekends)
Contract Type: Long Term Temporary
Important Note: Relevant experience is essential, and adherence to the shift schedule is mandatory.
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Supervisor to join a dynamic and expanding organization in the Daventry region.
This position involves overseeing a dedicated team of customer service representatives who manage inbound communications from various official entities, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding the team, addressing training needs, conducting return-to-work interviews, and participating in the recruitment of new team members.
This is a fully office-based role with no options for remote work, requiring you to work a rotating schedule of afternoon and night shifts (4 x 10-hour shifts across a 7-day cycle, including some weekend shifts).
All interactions are inbound calls, with no sales responsibilities involved.
This is a fast-paced position within a unique environment that fosters a strong sense of fulfillment.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
- Proven experience as a team leader in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work the specified shift schedule.
- Proximity to Daventry.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
