About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our Ecommerce team at PartsPlus. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our online customers across continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via various online channels, including email, live chat, and phone support for our German, Italian, Spanish, and French online channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our European eBay, Amazon, and ecommerce web shop.
- Process returns, exchanges, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with couriers regarding outbound, lost, or damaged shipments.
- Coordinate orders on internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with external ecommerce partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in either German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as experience with Zendesk, eBay, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and respond quickly to urgent customer inquiries.
- Effective communication skills with internal departments.
- Professional email and phone manner.
- Confidence in interacting with a diverse range of customers.
- Interest or knowledge of vehicle car parts is a plus.
- Technical experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
