We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and friendly first point of contact to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
