Pertemps Daventry is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth in the construction safety market. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of client relationship management, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate, manage, and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction sector.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with product availability and company messaging.
- Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring it is used effectively by the sales team to track interactions, analyse sales trends, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets in coordination with senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and present sales strategies to leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office-based IT systems.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its trends.
