Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate, manage, and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction sector.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with product availability and company messaging.
  • Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring it is used effectively by the sales team to track interactions, analyse sales trends, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets in coordination with senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and present sales strategies to leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office-based IT systems.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and its trends.
