We are recruiting a highly motivated Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Daventry. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, representing our brand portfolio with enthusiasm and professionalism.

H&S Specific Responsibilities

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, representing our brand portfolio with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge for all key brands and conduct product demonstrations that address customer needs.
  • Accurately quote and recommend machinery solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely, compliant product delivery in alignment with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Keep accurate, GDPR-compliant records on customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, parts department, and service team to deliver a seamless, top-tier customer experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Sales-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Groundcare Industry Knowledge: Experience in groundcare or related industries preferred.
  • Proven Sales Success: Previous sales experience with a record of achieving targets is desirable.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent skills in customer relationship management, with integrity and transparency.
  • Essential Requirement: Full UK driver's license.

Estimated Salary

£40,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) + Company Vehicle.
