We are recruiting for a Trainee Support Specialist to join our Production Client in Daventry. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team, including filing sales paperwork, training on sales support, and learning about the engineering and pneumatic tool world. You will also be expected to raise sales orders, dispatch notes, and invoices on Datafile system, monitor stock levels, and provide updates on supplier performance.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a GCSE standard or equivalent, be numerate, have a mature outlook, and an enthusiastic personality. Some customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
