Support Worker in Daventry

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at our Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Daventry. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing neurological rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing individualised care and support to patients
• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
• Promoting patient independence and autonomy
• Collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. While experience in a neurological or healthcare setting is desirable, we welcome applications from dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organisation.
