Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Biesse Group. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling Biesse products and increasing sales volume in a specific area or market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the sales of Biesse Machines in the given territory/area and achieve the planned sales target.
- Study the market of the given area and provide inputs to superiors for preparing business plans to enhance sales.
- Prepare annual action plans to meet sales and order booking as per given targets.
- Establish good rapport with customers and ensure no orders are lost to competitors.
- Identify potential customers and establish business for Biesse's products.
- Study thoroughly customer requirements and provide suitable applications/solutions based on Biesse's product standards to create long-term relationships.
- Develop strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability, market share, and growth.
- Identify non-recurring and unsatisfied customers and create win-win possibilities.
- Maintain all required inputs in CRM and ensure effective internal communications system.
- Facilitate and provide required support to Marketing team to organize trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote business.
- Monitor competitors' activities and gather information on price, products, new development, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and develop counter strategies.
- Develop good rapport with cross-functional teams and ensure sales as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Ensure collection of payment and statutory forms as per terms and conditions of sales, in particular C forms for sales of machines whenever applicable.
- Work closely with service department to ensure best after-sales support and achieve customer satisfaction and get references for sales.
- Develop good rapport with product specialist to develop market and enhance sales.
Requirements
- At least 3/5 year experience in industry machineries.
- Technical Diploma or Technical.
- Available and able to travel at national level.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Hands-on experience in technical sales of CNC Machines.
- Experience in selling machines/capital goods will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation.
- Eager to sell.
- Good customer networking and result orientation.
- Good knowledge of latest marketing/promotion techniques.
- Good negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
