MCC Label seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support our team.


About the Role


This is a full-time opportunity for a Customer Service expert to join our dynamic team in [location]. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer requirements, providing timely and accurate project management, and ensuring clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage daily customer interactions, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Project manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet customer expectations within estimated time and cost constraints.
  • Accurately input sales orders and job tickets, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating changes to customers as necessary.
  • Proactively communicate with customers through regular telephone contact, meetings, and accompanied visits, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Stay informed about technology and component changes affecting customer requirements, adapting quickly to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and contribute to site safety objectives.
  • Attend and actively participate in Customer Service Team, Tier 2, and Planning meetings, driving collaboration and shared success.
  • First point of contact for quality issues reported by customers, ensuring prompt resolution and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Comply with site environmental standards and support site objectives.
  • Acknowledge individual achievements and celebrate team successes, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support the change management process, delivering local and team objectives in a timely and structured manner, demonstrating a positive attitude.
  • Pursue best practice by improving internal customer-supplier relationships, enhancing overall business performance.
  • Participate in Artwork/New Product Development meetings, driving innovation and product excellence.

Essential Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SOX requirements and compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Availability for on-call duties, as necessary.
