Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Pertemps Daventry is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth in the construction safety market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product availability and company messaging.
  • Manage the CRM system to track interactions, analyze sales trends, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting sales activity, customer relationships, and potential new opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets in coordination with senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales acumen and deep understanding of client relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office-based IT systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Formal qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
