Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at HANKOOK TYRE UK LIMITED. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and exhibitions, including product displays, promotional materials, and logistics.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as product literature, point-of-sale displays, and promotional items.
  • Support the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and trade show promotions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of marketing activities, including inventory levels, product orders, and customer interactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Travel Requirements:

  • This role requires occasional travel within the UK to attend marketing events and meetings.
