**Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 (34 hours - Per 8 day block)**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Oversee online bookings, pre-bookings, and chat forum management.
- Respond to calls from the police, youth offending teams, and other contracts, documenting their requirements.
- Accurately and promptly input all essential information into our systems.
- Identify available workers to dispatch upon receiving a call.
- Coordinate workers nationally to attend the requested location.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.

- Proficiency in IT, especially Outlook, Excel, and Web Applications.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.

- Calm under pressure, good problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an empathetic nature.

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
