Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter data accurately into various systems and databases
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management and collaboration
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry accuracy
- Ability to maintain an organized office environment
- Administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
